TRX SUSPENSION - SQUAT

Hold the TRX handles while facing the anchor. Feet shoulder width apart. Bend knees and return to standing.

Knees should not pass the toes and knees should be in line with the toes.

TRX SUSPENSION - SINGLE LEG SQUAT

Hold the TRX handles while facing the anchor. Stand on one leg and reach the other leg forward as you bend your knee on the stance side as shown. Next, returning to upright position straightening your stance side knee.

Do not let your stance side knee bend past your toes. Keep your stance side knee in line with your foot.

TRX SUSPENSION - REVERSE LUNGE

Hold the TRX handles while facing the anchor. Stand on one leg and reach the other leg backward as you bend your knee on the stance side as shown. Next, returning to upright position straightening your stance side knee.

Do not let your stance side knee bend past your toes. Keep your stance side knee in line with your foot.

TRX SUSPENSION - BRIDGE CURL/SPLIT ABDUCTION COMBO

Sit on the floor facing the TRX anchor and attach the straps to your heels.

Once strapped in, lie down with your knees straight and lift your buttocks off the floor. Hold this position and then bend your knees and perform a hamstring curl. Straighten your knees and then move your legs apart from each other to perform a split. Repeat this all while maintaining your buttocks off the floor.

Hold this position and then move your legs apart from each other to perform a split and then return knees back together again.

TRX SUSPENSION - CHEST PRESS

Hold the TRX handles while facing away from the anchor with your arms in front of you and feet set back behind the anchor.

Next, bend your elbows to lower your body into a "push up" position. Keep your trunk straight and in neutral spine.

TRX SUSPENSION - TRICEPS

Hold TRX handles while facing away from the anchor. Start in a standing position with your arms out in front of your body and elbows straight.

Next, bend your elbows to lower your body forward. Then, return to the original position as you straighten your elbows.

TRX SUSPENSION - ROWS

Hold the TRX handles while facing the anchor. Stand with your elbows bent, then lean back and allow your elbows to straighten. Next, pull your self up with your arms by bending your elbows and pulling them back as you squeeze your shoulder blades together.

TRX SUSPENSION - BICEP CURL

Stand facing the TRX anchor with your elbows bend. Then, lean back as you allow your elbows to straighten. Return to the original position as you perform bicep curls as shown. Palms should be facing upwards as you bend your elbows.
